1. Service Agreements

All watch repairs and services are subject to an initial inspection. We reserve the right to decline any service if the item is deemed beyond repair or unserviceable.

2. Estimates and Approvals

Once your item is inspected, we will provide an estimate. No work will be done without your explicit approval.

3. Liability

While we take the utmost care of your timepieces, Star Watch House is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues that arise due to inherent flaws in the timepiece.

4. Payment and Collection

Payment is due upon completion of the service. Items must be collected within 30 days of completion notification.
